Curious Wave Psychotherapy Psychotherapy

 Sessions are billable for 60 minutes. Clients will meet with their therapist for 50 minutes, also known as the "clinical hour". The last 10 minutes are left for questions, wrap up and administration.

Additional fees may occur in 15-minute increments for services rendered outside of the therapy hour, and may include such things as phone calls, emails, letters, document review, etc. 

 Fees may be paid by the credit card on file or by e-transfer to tracy@curiouswave.ca and are due at each session. 

 Psychotherapy is not covered under OHIP. Please consult your insurance provider and/or extended health care plan to verify coverage for Psychotherapy Services. After each session, an electronic receipt is provided to you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is required, except in the case of sudden illness or an emergency. This helps to provide the opportunity and availability for someone else in need to take the time slot.
